- We do not deliver abroad.
- The courier notifies you by e-mail or SMS before delivery. If the parcel is damaged, please have a report drawn up in the courier's presence or refuse delivery. This does not affect your legal guarantee rights.
- For bank transfer, delivery time runs from receipt of payment.
- If we cannot deliver within the stated time, we will let you know. If the product is unavailable, we refund any amount already paid without delay, and in any event within 30 days.

There is no online card payment, so we never ask for card details.
Invoices are sent electronically by e-mail.
Before you send your order, the checkout summary always shows the total payable including delivery.
