Withdrawal information

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. Where several goods are delivered separately, it expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take possession of the last item. For electronic gift vouchers, the period runs from the day the voucher is sent by e-mail, and the right of withdrawal ends once the voucher is redeemed.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) to:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at: shop.weboldaldesign.com/en/elallas/ (in the footer: “withdraw from contract here”). If you use this online function, we will immediately confirm receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail), stating its content and the date and time it was sent.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. For cash on delivery, we refund by bank transfer to the account you specify.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us (Imre Dobó, Hajnal utca 14. 2/13., 4029 Debrecen, Hungary) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. When is there no right of withdrawal?

• Sealed coffee and tea once opened, as they cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons [Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014, Section 29(1)(e)]. Unopened packs can still be returned.
• Coffee ground at your request, as it is made to your specifications [Section 29(1)(c)].
• Electronic gift vouchers that have already been redeemed.
